382 days (2020)

382 days is a short video about the world's situation with COVID-19 in progress - the title refers to how many days it has been since the first case in China (when I completed producing this video). I intended to express uncertainty and fear with an abstract approach, using infographics and soundtrack, with the vaccine in the end to show a glimpse of hope which is the phase we are in.

 

I chose this topic because, having a background in statistics, I was interested in creating realistic yet optimistic work regarding these difficult times in a larger picture using the actual data.
